Two large, height adjustable rectangular chambers made of stainless steel, one chamber is a single piece and one is a two piece chamber. The third chamber is a large 8-cornered chamber made of aluminum. The chambers are designed for a final pressure of \u2264 1 * 10-6. Furthermore, optical tables (breadboards) for each chamber which are mechanically decoupled and adjustable in X, Y and Z direction independently of the chambers, beam tubes to connect the chambers, various vacuum slides, without vacuum system.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_gallery gallery_ids=&#8221;10569,10565,10567,10557,10559,10555&#8243;
