IBF 450
The IBF 450 was developed based on the design of the IBF 300 and a demand for processing bigger workpieces. The process chamber is nearly identical to the IBF 300 plant but the load lock chamber has a bigger volume.
The newest generation of the IBF 450 as well is equipped with a three axes motion system with the already mentioned advantages.

IBF 500
The IBF 500 is largely identical to the IBF 450. Smaller modifications made it possible to machine components up to a diameter of 500mm.
