IBF 1500R
The IBF 1500R is designed for rectangle mirrors or optics. The compact design requires a small footprint for this plant. Because of the unique pumping design a load lock is not necessary. Workpiece exchange can be realized in a very short time.
The IBF 1500R plant is designed for workpieces of:
- max. length: 1500mm
- max. width: 400mm
- max. weight: 50kg
- max. thickness: 200mm
- IBF 1500R is also available for max. width of parts of 500mm

The plant can be supplemented with the turning device TD 1500R by which optics can be assembled, loaded and unloaded in a very economical way.
