NTG started at the beginning of the 90´s to develop Ion Beam Figuring plants. This technology requires Rectangle UHV-Gate lock valves adapted to the workpiece diameters and sizes. It was not possible to get suitable gate lock valves in the market at this time.

So NTG started to manufacture their own gate lock valves. We improved these gate lock valves during the last ten to fiveteen years and are now able to produce high quality rectangle gate lock valves for any kind of UHV-applications.

Standard versions are of size RS-300, RS-450 and RS-700. Customized solutions are also possible.
