It has been a tradition for many years: on Aschermittwoch, herring is served in the NTG canteen.
On February 18, it was that time again—a small, simple tradition that means so much. We took a break from work for a moment, ate together, laughed, and enjoyed each other’s company.
Because in the end, it always turns out that
food brings people together. 🤝
